General Terms and Conditions (For Physical Education Only):

1. The course fee excludes the registration fee, VAT of 5% and course material.
2. Registration fee of AED 120 applies for all new students only and is non-refundable.
3. The course fee should be paid in full 5 days prior to the course start.
4. Transportation fee will be applicable for the courses held outside Green tree Institute.
5. Your seat will only be secured after receiving the full course fee by the administration team.
6. No additional classes will be provided for the session missed by the student.
7. The Green tree Language Institute has the Right to cancel or reschedule classes which may be due to unexpected circumstances.
8. The classes duration of any course taking place outside Green tree Institute’s premises should not be less than 90 minutes.
9. Group, Private and Semi-private courses will have a validity of 4 months from the start date of course.
10. The Green tree Language Institute might remain open for classes during some public/private holidays. If the institute is closed during public/private holiday, then course will be extended, and you will be notified accordingly.
11. Should the group hold less than 5 students then an alternative schedule will be provided.
12. VAT of 5% will be applied on all goods or services delivered by Green tree Institute prescribed under the Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on value added taxes.

Cancellation:

1. Course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Applicable for single courses and package courses.
2. For private and semi-private classes: Kindly inform us 24 hours in advance for a reschedule of class. Late intimations will not be considered for a reschedule and the hour(s) will be charged. 
3. For private and semi-private classes, incase you exceed the validity of course mentioned above, no refund will be processed for the balance hours.

For Corporates – Terms and Conditions: –

1. Signed MOU or Advance payment will be required to confirm any course.
2. No additional classes will be provided for the session missed by the student.
3. For private and semi-private classes: Kindly inform us 24 hours in advance for a reschedule of class, late intimations will not be considered for a reschedule.
4. The Green tree Language Institute has the Right to cancel or reschedule classes which may be due to unexpected circumstances.
5. For Certifications Student should attend 75% of lessons and pass the examination at the end of the courses.
6. For Refunds policy, please refer to the Terms and Conditions in MOU.
